Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

DELIVERY

We here at Wearyourmoment.co.uk always strive to process your order as quickly as possible and will get your order sent out in the fastest time available for us in which to do so. We can not guarantee any specific day for your order to arrive.

Please ensure your shipping address details are correct as we can not be held responsible for orders not reaching you if incorrect details are entered. Where our delivery times say 5-7 or 14-18 working days, this refers to working days. (Monday to Friday)

Our delivery times are subject to change and used as a guide. During busy periods we may run over the stated times.

Orders where addresses are incomplete may be returned to us, if this is the case a reshipping charge will need to be paid for us to resend your item. 

For countries that require a PO Box address please ensure you use a PO Box in order for your order to be delivered.

2023 Black Friday. Orders made using our Black Friday discount will be made and shipped throughout January. If you have selected a non Black Friday delivery option your order will still be made and shipped throughout January

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will be shown and added on during the checkout process.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Should you wish to cancel your order please get in touch asap. If you wish to cancel once we have created your artwork £8 will be deducted from your total refund. If you contact us seven working days after placing your order we are unable to cancel

RETURNS

14-Day Clothing Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Wearyourmoment. We strive to provide you with high-quality garments that meet your expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, we have developed a 30-day return policy specifically for clothing items.

Policy Guidelines:

1. Eligibility:
- All non personalised clothing items purchased from Wearyourmoment are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The clothing item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Returns Process:
- To initiate a clothing return, please contact letstalk@wearyourmoment.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Order number
- Item description
- Reason for return

3. Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a faulty or damaged clothing item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to product quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned clothing item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 days to the original payment method.
- If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

5. Store Credit Option:
- If you prefer, we can provide store credit instead of a refund for eligible clothing returns.
- Store credit can be used for future clothing purchases at Wearyourmoment.

6. Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for clothing items. If you need a different size, style, or colour you will need to place a new order.

7. Exceptions and Special Cases:
- In certain circumstances, we may offer extensions to the return policy. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Please note that this clothing return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our products we are unable to offer returns unless you receive a faulty item which we will of course replace. Please email letstalk@wearyourmoment.co.uk to let us know asap. 

Post purchase add on. If you decide to use our post purchase add on we will send the same item unless advised by yourself.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have gone to great lengths in order to convey our products in the most accurate way possible but the colours may not exactly match on screen to what you receive.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system Pattern placement may be differ from those you see on screen.

When referring to our size guides garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

Where products can be personalised we will use exactly what you have typed in the personalisation box. In certain circumstances we may have to slightly alter the design to suit your personalisation requirements.

EMAIL PREVIEWS
If you have paid for an email preview and decide after receiving the preview you would like to cancel your order, the cost of the preview will be deducted from your refund. 

CHANGE OF IMAGE
If you request to change the image you have uploaded a charge of £8 will be required if we have already created the artwork.

The Wearyourmoment mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Wearyourmoment (“Wearyourmoment”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Wearyourmoment’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Wearyourmoment through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Wearyourmoment. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Wearyourmom or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Wearyourmoment mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. When placing an order you may receive an email 10-15 days later asking you to review your purchase, by placing your order you agree to receive this email.

We may use images of you wonderful guys for our ads, social media campaigns and product images. By tagging us in these images gives us permission to use them in our campaigns.
