Current UK delivery times

If you have already placed an order, please use the delivery estimate in your order confirmation email. The times below apply to orders placed today.

• Priority delivery: 3–4 working days — £10
• Standard delivery: 10–12 working days — £4
• Free standard delivery: 10–12 working days on orders of £100 or more

Working days are Monday–Friday. The shipping options and final cost shown at checkout are the definitive options for your order.

Preview turnaround times

• Priority preview: up to 4 working days
• Standard preview: up to 8 working days

Tracking

We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow its journey.

International delivery

Please note: we are not currently shipping to Germany, Luxembourg or the United States. These destinations are temporarily unavailable while we review international customs and delivery costs.

EU

• Priority EU: 7–10 working days — £16
• Standard EU: 10–12 working days — £12

Rest of the world

• Priority International: 7–10 working days — £20
• International: 12–15 working days — £15
