Great and friendly comms, easy ordering, speedy delivery and the T-shirts themselves are brilliant! It’s such a shame that this company was so let down by the delivery and service as the product is great! I ordered the t-shirt on May 1st for Father’s Day. First t-shirt got lost in the post. 2nd delivery didn’t go through. 3rd delivery was delayed even though I was told it would happen immediately but it took over a week.
Really wonderful t-shirts. Scott was great at getting back to me and apologetic but the delivery and service was not great which is a shame as I love the business and idea. I would really want to order again but not sure I can rely on the product arriving without constant follow up and delays
They sent the wrong colour and refuse to send a new one..

As previously discussed, a white sweater was ordered by you (this is on your order confirmation email and paperwork). Our checkout confirmation page (as does our confirmation email) clearly advises to contact us immediately if you would like to make a change, you did not contact us so we sent the item that you ordered. Unfortunately, we can not just resend items that have been ordered incorrectly by yourself as these are one of a kind pieces so we are unable to exchange. We did offer to remake the sweater at a discounted rate, as we do with all customers who have made a mistake when ordering which they're always very grateful for.
the cost of this since I bought another a year ago has gone up dramatically, more than £10. The image rendition is way less quality than it was last time and the stitching is as well.
I can see past the increase in cost in order to keep quality but cost increase at those figures and quality reduction makes me reconsider ever buying another.

Thank you for your feedback, in regards to the cost we realised pretty soon after opening our prices were way too low for the time and effort that goes into creating these pieces, the design process alone can take up to an hour for some images.
In regards to quality we have not altered any of our design or production processes, as the image you have used is very different from your previous purchase it is quite feasible there will be differences in how it turns out.

The quality of the jumper is gorgeous, super soft and lovely to the touch, however the colours don’t pop as much as expected or really represent the bold coloured picture I sent in, the whole image is rather dull. The picture and embroidery itself, I can not fault, it’s beautiful and accurate.
However I can’t help but feel I was sold a little short. Bit disappointing for a £60 jumper not to live up to expectations when you’re paying that kind of money. Would have been a monthly purchase and my go to gift for everyone if the colours were better. :(
ordered 2 weeks before the fathers day, arrived 5 days later than fathers day. There was no notification while placing the order.
A bit harsh considering there was only one shipping option available that clearly stated 13-15 working days. This was also clearly stated on all email correspondence. You received your order within our clearly advised shipping times.

My husband absolutely loves having a picture of our daughter stitched close to his heart and the quality is incredible. He’s super fussy about fabrics. Next one will be a pic of our dog!
I did have issues with delayed delivery due to an admin error however good communication. Husband loves the tshirt and we’ve had so many people ask about it! Very special.

I ordered this jumper with my husband’s favourite picture of him and our new son for his first Father’s Day gift and safe to say he loves it! He hasn’t had it off since! Incredible quality of the design and the jumper itself. He is already planning his next one!
T-shirt looked great and was really well received. T-shirt was a slightly different colour to how it looked online but that didn’t really matter in the end. Delivery was a couple of weeks which is pretty good for a customised item.
So so happy with the t-shirt, I got it as a Father’s Day present and my partner is so over the moon, you can definitely tell who’s in the photo and what it is and now it’s his favourite!
