Do you have a size guide?

There is a tab on the right side of every product page which you can click that shows the guide for that product. Here's a link to our size guide page with all product info on.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As every item is made to order and the design process is meticulous our delivery times are

  • Priority delivery (5-7 working days) £10 Unavailable ATM
  • Standard delivery (15-18 working days) £4
  • Over £60 priority delivery (5-7 working days) £7 Unavailable ATM
  • Over £60 free standard delivery (15-18 working days)

    Working days are classed Monday-Friday

Can I see a proof of my design before I place my order?

Yes, we offer a proofing process to ensure your design looks exactly as you want it before we begin production. This is chargable. If you tick the proof check box when making your item we'll then send you a mock up of your item and design via email, once approved we'll get this made right asap.

Can I see a live preview without the background of my picture?

If you use a background remover app you'll be able to upload an image without the background giving you an even better idea of how your item will look. Click here to find some of the best available

I've paid for a preview, how long does it take to receive my it?

Priority delivery. Please allow up to five working days.

Standard delivery. Please allow up to seven working days.

I would like to change my image.

If you would like to change your image, contact us asap. If we have already created the artwork a charge of £8 will be applied.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once production has begun on your item, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you wish to cancel once your artwork has been created £8 will be deducted from your refund. If you do not contact us seven working days after placing your order we are unable to cancel. How do I care for my personalised clothing?

To keep your personalised clothing looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out on a gentle cycle with like colours. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Be sure to follow the care instructions provided with your item for best results.

Exchanges & Returns

We're all about creating personalised and unique clothing items that are special to you. Unfortunately, because each piece is custom made and unique to you, we can't offer exchanges or returns.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we'll gladly send out a replacement, just email us with details of the fault.

Black Friday Shipping

All orders made using our Black Friday discount will be made and shipped throughout January. If you select a non Black Friday shipping option this will still be made and shipped in January.
