Communication can be better, jumper very nice

After placing my order, I didn’t receive the preview until about 2/3 weeks after and repeatedly askig for it. Then I never received updates about the order. It left me thibking I was scammed. Eventually I did get it and it was nice and my husband loved it, but overall the company could communicate better.

Upon checking, your preview was sent on the 9th working day (which was June 5th) having ordered on May 21st, we were advising ten working days at the time of your order. We do advise in our auto reply we will not reply providing the question asked is answered within the reply. This is to speed up processing times.
